Enforce a positive lookout on all body types, no one type is better than the other
As time goes on we see our society that is facing an epidemic of childhood obesity. However, this fact does not mean that we should put those children to shame; instead, we need to encourage a healthy lifestyle and teach them to learn to love the body that they are in, but they could always strive to love it more. This is where an idea called growth mindset come into play; we want our children to be able to continue to reach for something even once they feel that they have achieved their goals. Growth mindset is a theory that installs the idea that there never really is one end goal, but that there is always something more to reach for.
